National Workplace Wellness day took place on Friday the 12th of April and the Winters team had a full day of activities planned.
First things first, we wanted to start the day off right with a good and healthy breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day after all. We got loads of yummy fruit, herbal teas, granolas and porridge. Plus some beautiful tulips to brighten our offices.
At lunchtime, we took on the challenge of the ‘lunchtime mile’. This was a key part of this year’s wellness campaign to encourage people to get out on their lunch breaks. So, at around 1:30 pm, all of the Winters team put on their runners and set out to do the lunchtime mile. We are very fortunate to have our office right beside a lovely forest walk. It was great to get out while the weather was nice.
