Winters Staff Climb Croagh Patrick for Jigsaw & Galway Hospice

The Winters team climbed to new heights in May as they took on Croagh Patrick.

Despite tough climbing conditions with limited visibility, 25 staff members in total were proud to reach the peak having raised funds for the Winters designated charities, Jigsaw and Galway Hospice.

Winters Property Management’s Designated Charities

Both of Winter’s designated charities provide vital services in Galway, for no cost. They therefore rely on fundraising and donations to continue their work.

Jigsaw

Mental Health Problems are the largest single source of illness in young people of Ireland.

Jigsaw are The National Centre for Youth Mental Health. They provide vital supports to young people with their mental health by working closely with communities across Ireland. Their three strategic priorities over the next three years are to 1) Influence Change, 2) Strengthen Communities and 3) Deliver Early Intervention Services.

The Galway Hospice

Galway Hospice Foundation is a voluntary organisation offering hospice services free of charge. Hospice care is available to people of any age who are in the advanced stages of a life limiting illness, improving quality of life for each patient.

Galway Hospice Foundation also provide a range of supports to families of patients.

Thank you to everyone who donated, and to the great team of Winters Staff who made the day so great.
