We are the largest private student accommodation managers in the country, managing over 3,000 student beds in 5 sites across the country. Over the last eighteen months we have provided consulting and planning advice on existing and proposed student developments, with a total bed count of 6,500, in Galway, Dublin, Sligo, Letterkenny, Cork, Tralee and Limerick. Our expertise extends well beyond operational management into financial and asset management of properties.In 2015 we operated a student accommodation pilot project in the Galway area for NUI Galway and we are currently providing consultancy and planning services to third level colleges and private developers in Dublin.

At the Irish Facility Management Awards 2016, Winters won four categories, including “Residential Project of the Year” for our work on the Glen Abhainn student development in Athlone, which we managed on behalf of Grant Thornton; this project also won us the overall excellence award.
We understand the special needs and requirements of Irish and international students, particularly when it’s their first experience of living away from home. Working in tandem with the Student Services section of each University and Institute, we help to make this transition as smooth as possible. In addition to providing convenient, well-appointed and maintained facilities, we also try to create a home from home for students. Based on this experience, our knowledge of the Irish student accommodation market is unmatched.
During the summer months (June, July and August) these complexes are fully turned over and converted to short term summer accommodation. Apartments and houses are available for weekly or monthly lettings.
