Fiona Curley joined Winters Property Management in February 2012 and has over 18 years of experience in the property sector in Ireland having worked in property sales and lettings since 2002.
Fiona started her first job in 2002 in an Estate Agents in her home town of Gort and while working there completed her IPAV Certificate in Auctioneering & Estate Agency.
Fiona is currently a Letting Negotiator for Winters Property Management.
We asked Fiona to answer the following in short:
Favourite work memory?
Having to climb over an 8ft stone wall in order to leave a housing estate in Oranmore..! I had been inspecting a property near the sea and while I was gone into the house the tide had come in during a bad storm and flooded the entrance to the estate. I had to leave my car in the estate and climb over the wall at the back of the estate in order to get out.
What do you like most about your job?
The satisfaction I get when tenants move into a property to make it their home and are happy and excited.
What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
I flew a plane in Boston, USA when I was around 20 years old
What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
I like to walk and run and I am involved in many activities in my local community which keep me busy..!
If you had to be shipwrecked on a deserted island, but all your human needs—such as food and water—were taken care of, what two items would you want to have with you?
An iPod that doesn’t need recharging, fully loaded with all my favourite music. A kettle and Teabags
If you could compare yourself with any animal, which would it be and why?
A Sheepdog. Loyal, hardworking, good to get things together, my bark is worse than my bite..!

Being trapped in a tight space with a rat

A nice walk/run in Coole Park

I won An All Ireland Photography Competition in 2013

Making a positive difference to someone or something.
