Winters Property Management DAC (WPM) was established in 1997 and is one of the largest Property Services Providers in Ireland.
The Company’s head office is located at Liosban Business Park on Tuam Road, Galway.
We currently have 49 staff operating from five offices, managing property assets from Limerick to Athlone and Donegal. We have in excess of 7,000 commercial and residential units under our estate & facility management with over 20,000 people living in the developments we manage.
WPM is the largest residential letting agency outside Dublin managing more than 800 residential properties with approximately 2,200 tenants. As the largest Private Student Accommodation Managers in the country, we directly manage over 3,000 student beds in 7 sites in Athlone, Sligo, and Galway. Over the last twelve months, we have consulted on existing and proposed student developments in Galway, Dublin, and Limerick with a total bed count of 1,500.
WPM is licensed by the Irish Property Services Regulatory Authority PSRA to provide a full suite of property services in all categories A to D (Licence No: 001876). In addition, we are affiliated with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and many of our staff are members of both. Our strategy is to provide a full property service offering to our client from the construction stage, to owner occupancy or investment management, including letting & management of the property/portfolio and on to disposal stage, all the time enhancing value for our clients.
A former Army Officer, Pat started Winters Property Management in 1997 and developed the business into what it is today. More recently, Pat has been at the forefront of industry involvement in the establishment of the National Property Services Regulatory Authority (NPRSA) in his capacity as a member of the former Irish Property and Facility Management Association (IPFMA) Residential Committee.
Pat’s continues to be involved with The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and he also holds a professional membership with the SCSI and RICS. Pat has served as a Director of Galway Simon Community and continues to be active in a number of Clubs and Charities.
Enda McGuane BBS, MBS, MSCSI,MRICS – Enda is a former army officer and highly experienced senior manager and property professional with over 25 years’ experience in both the private and public sectors. He is a dual status Chartered Surveyor practising in the areas of Planning & Development and Property & Facility Management. As well as being RICS registered Red Book valuer he is an external examiner on Technological University Dublin’s Property and FM Studies degree.
In addition to being MD, Enda is currently Chairman of the West/NW Region Committee of Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and sits on its National Planning and Development Committee is also the Vice-Chair of the Property and Facility Management Committee and a member of the Practise and Policy Committee and Council of SCSI.
He is a member of Galway Co Co’S Housing Strategic Policy Committee and a member of Chambers Ireland Housing Taskforce, Property Industry Ireland’s Market Supply and Demand Committee as well as the CIF’s Western and Midlands Infrastructure Forum. He is a board member of Galway City Chamber of Commerce and a member of its Infrastructure Strategy committee. Enda is a frequent commentator on housing issues in the media and a regular speaker at housing policy conferences and contributes to the Irish Times property clinic column.
Enda also sits on the board of Co-Operative Housing Ireland where he chairs the Development Committee as well as the Board of COPE Galway, chairing the property committee and the Board of Galway Technology Centre, chairing its Strategy committee.
Georgina Browne CPA
Georgina is a highly experienced leader in property finance with 18 years’ experience in the property services industry.
As Finance Director of Winters Property Management, she is responsible for the financial & digital transformation strategies of the organisation. Leading a team of eight finance professionals and the LEAN digital transformation of the organisation as Sponsor.
Georgina has restructured the award-winning finance functions across the business, the Student Accommodation Finance team were named the 2017 Property Management Team of the Year at the Irish FM Awards & the Credit Control Function was named Domestic Collections Team of the Year at the Credit Management Awards 2019.
Georgina is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified LEAN Green Belt & is currently studying for an MBA with the University of Limerick
