Student Accommodation

Gateway offers a well maintained complex of 110 2-bedroom apartments. They have been tailor-made to meet the needs of the students, created with a modern design.

Kitchen/living Room

All kitchens are fully fitted, which includes a microwave, fridge/freezer, hob/oven and washing machine, as well as cutlery and crockery. There is a dining area table with chairs, sofas, coffee table and a tv stand.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have been purpose-built for students. Each bedroom is supplied with a study desk with a chair, fitted wardrobes, sink, electric heater and bed.

Bathrooms

There is one shared bathroom per apartment with shower, sink, toilet and fan heater.

Having lived in Glasán for the last four years, it has made my college experience. I would recommend Glasán for any one going into first year in GMIT. You will make friends for life. The location is ideal and you pay up front. Most students stress over bills throughout the year and with Glasán this is no issue. I rang and spoke to The manager Olivia before we booked. I informed Olivia of our needs regarding the assistance dog and our 2 young girls with Autism.
