In light of the further restrictions surrounding the management and containment of the spread of COVID-19, we would like to assure you that we will continue to operate to the best of our abilities within the parameters set by the HSE and the Irish Government. Obviously the key focus from the state is to curtail the spread of the virus and minimise risk to all citizens. We will seek to abide with this policy, however, you need to be aware of the following:
- WPM staff have the full capacity to work from home and have the systems in place to ensure we maintain high-quality work and effective communication internally and externally. This includes our customer service and issue manager functions.
- In place of face-to-face meetings, we will be employing remote technology or conference calls and screen sharing for the foreseeable future to maintain appropriate levels of client communications and contact as required.
- We have cancelled non-urgent routine interactions such as indoor inspections, OMC AGM’s and Director Meetings and will act as best practice guidance advises.
- We will seek to respond to emergency maintenance issues in conjunction with our contractors and suppliers. However, we would seek your understanding that non-emergency matters will be dealt with in the best way possible that avoids creating risks for people and complies with the Travel restrictions imposed on Friday evening.
