During these challenging and uncertain times, it’s really important that we all come together to support each other. With Schools closed and many people working from home the shared space and common areas of our Housing Estates and Apartment Blocks are more important than ever, as people seek to break the monotony of being indoors. It has been great to see people adhering to the Social Distancing and coming up with new and innovative ways to be together while being apart!
We are really conscious that services need to be kept in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all residents as they use the common areas and green spaces near their homes to exercise and get some fresh air.
With this in mind that we want to take this opportunity to restate our commitment to all our estates and buildings, we will continue to work harder than ever to ensure that the common areas in apartments are kept clean and maintained, that public lighting & refuse collection are functioning and also that the landscaping will be kept up to date as more than ever people will need to be able to enjoy the shared spaces around there homes.
Bringing Communities Together in Harmony
This was demonstrated when many people took to the green areas within their estates on St Patrick’s day to enjoy their own small parades and celebrations. One of these was Frank Naughton, who is one of half of Duo Vocis performed outside his house in Knocknacarra for all his neighbours on St. Patrick’s day which certainly raised the spirits of his neighbours, as shown below.
We have taken the appropriate steps in accordance with HSE guidelines to ensure that we can work safely and continue to deliver best in class services. Stay safe, look out for elderly neighbours and remember you can contact us below with any queries or concerns.
