The total amount raised was €5,750. This will be split evenly between the two charities.

Galway Hospice which is situated on the Dublin Rd, Galway is a voluntary organisation. They currently look after 600 patients per year in their own homes or other non-acute community settings as well as having their own inpatient unit and Day Care Centre.

COPE Galway has been providing services in Galway since the 1970’s. Their teamwork towards improving the quality of life in a home of your own for people affected by homelessness, women and children experiencing domestic violence and older people.
COPE Galway employ over 100 staff in roles such as social care professionals, childcare, community support staff, cleaners and administrative staff and have over 150 volunteers.
