Winters Property Management has diversified and launched into the Commercial and Residential sales market to include Property, Valuations, and Development and Appraisal.

Ian Hutchinson – Sales

Ian joined Winters Property Management in 2016 and manages the sales department within the company; he has taken up the role of Senior Sales Agent.

Ian has extensive experience within the commercial and residential markets, having spent over 5 years working with Quinn Agnew in Dublin and Rooneys in Galway. Ian also holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Studies.

  • A ‘For Sale’ sign should be erected on the property at the outset.
  • Define the objectives and goals with the client.
  • Agree on a marketing strategy.
  • Price guidelines agreed with the vendor.
  • Plans, elevations and any other relevant documentation should be in place before any negotiations begin.
  • Sale contracts should be available promptly.
  • We accompany all discerning clients to the property.

2.  Preparation of Marketing Material

  • Preparation of property brochure to include photographs and dimensions.
  • Preparation of adverts.
  • Add the property to WPM Residential List.
  • Add the property to WPM Website.
  • Add to WPM database.

3.  Marketing Campaign

  • Signs erected on property.
  • Property displayed on website.
  • Press advertising: adverts and press releases.
